Step inside the Rack & Cue on a Friday night, and you’ll swear you walked into an old Paramount Pictures set. The building that’s housed the pool hall in Cullman, Alabama since 1963 was a movie theater in the 1940s. Vintage theater seats still line the walls. Hand-painted murals of former patrons cornice the room. Original tin panels checkerboard the ceiling. And smoke fills the air like a Rita Hayworth film.
